As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Junior Developers (m/f/d) who want to gain real-world experience, work with modern technologies, and contribute to meaningful digital projects during their mandatory internship.

Your role

    •    Support our development team in implementing web applications and digital products
    •    Work with modern technologies across backend and frontend
    •    Collaborate closely with designers, product owners and senior engineers
    •    Contribute to architecture discussions and technical problem-solving
    •    Write clean, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews
    •    Help improve features, troubleshoot issues and support QA processes
    •    Learn how software projects are planned, structured and delivered in an agile environment

• Symfony / WordPress
• Docker / Kubernetes

(You don’t need experience in all of these — motivation to learn is key.)

What you bring

    •    Enrollment in a university program requiring a 6- or 9-month mandatory internship
    •    First experience with software development (through studies, own projects or previous internships)
    •    Basic knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript or PHP
    •    Curiosity about modern frameworks like NestJS, React, Laravel or HTMX
    •    Interest in clean code, testing and DevOps principles
    •    A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced developers
    •    Reliability, team spirit and good communication skills (German or English)

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (M/F/D)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join us — someone who takes ownership, guides teams, and brings both technical depth and a pragmatic, no-nonsense mindset.

• Lead and manage software development projects, both technically and organizationally
• Coordinate and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality results on time
• Design and implement software solutions using our modern tech stack
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements and ensure smooth delivery
• Contribute to architecture and system design decisions
• Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and best practices
• Help improve development workflows, including the use of DevOps principles

• TypeScript / JavaScript
• NestJS / HTMX / React

• Docker / Kubernetes

• A degree in computer science, a comparable qualification, or at least 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, including project leadership
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript in frontend- and backend development, particularly with NestJS
• Solid experience with PHP frameworks (especially Laravel) and WordPress
• Good understanding of frontend technologies like React, HTMX
• Familiarity with Docker, GitLab and modern CI/CD workflows
• Experience with agile methods and DevOps practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Communication abilities in German and English
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate, guide and support your team
